Computer problems

i turn on my computer and what do i find?

all i get is a series of repeating beeps, shortish beeps at that. so i find that this means power supply, or motherboard problems, or keyboard.

my monitor is not showing anything, just acting as if their is no signal so what do i do.

please help me!

theres a web site somewhere out there that tells you what the beeps mean, I'll try to find it.
