i have some programs im trying to delete off my comp, but when i go to control panel>add or remove programs, no matter how long i leave it up, i get "please wait while the list is being populated...".im running xp, my comp is only a few months old.

now that thats over with, can i get some real answers?

download CCLEANER and use the removal tool that it has, you can also clean up your registry and delete temp. files with it
