compressing clips for ns

how do you get your ksi clips so low and stuff? i have adobe 6.5 and i cant find it. the most i can get on here si like 10 secs of taping.someone please help

Another option: Get the latest version of DivX and install it.

Then go to File>Export Timeline>Movie>Select Microsoft Avi or whatever it is>choose video and then select DivX and click on Configure. Mess around with the setting there, it will export as .avi.
