Don't mean to be a downer, but here's some quick advice.
- nobody wants to work for free (or at least nobody that is going to do good work for you)
- if you aren't cutting and sewing your clothing, you aren't a clothing company, you're a re-branded American Apparel (Gildan, SAAD, Port Authority) company. before you worry about getting graphics, worry about sourcing manufacturing, getting samples of all the simple pieces that you want to sell (hoodies, tees, hats, whatever) and the quality of those items, and then figure out cashflow.
