Commission for Selling on NS

To help offset the cost of rising server prices, NS should implement some sort of commission for any sales that are made on NS. Say you post a pair of skis, sell them to some schmuck, you should either a. make a donation or b. give a certain percentage of your sale to Harvey/NS. I think something like 3% of a sale is a reasonable amount to give.

Just a thought, would help with server costs and what not. It would basically be close to impossible to enforce, but definately something worth considering in my opinion.

Or, perhaps easier to enforce: Make people pay to list goods for sale in better organized 'classified' section. Then let them make a thread informing people that they have gear to sell. Anyone who makes a thread but has no classified ad has their shit deleted ASAP.

Not really. Just turning a free service that probably costs the site a substantial amount into a paid service, meaning that the site can make money and not have to worry about selling crack to get a new server.
