Comfortable headphones

I need a cheap pair of head phones that will not hurt my ear when I wear a neck tube. Right now im temporarely using inks.
 
you can get cheap sony 'bass boost' buds that are shaped to your ear for around 10-15$ at most big lots/ross/tj max/ (maybe walmart) stores, come in a cylindrical box

thats what i prefer anyways, i agree my ears hurt with some buds after a while
