Come on Iran

Something is definitely up with this shit. I dont think Iran would go out of its way to purposely shoot down a plan with a majority of Iranians and no US citizens to get back the the US. My best guess is Iran air defense was on high alert and someone slipped on the trigger. Its hauntingly similar to the 1988 incident where a US navy ship shot down an Iran airliner on accident.
 
Jesus..... This is awful. They better be very careful how they respond. There were a shit ton of Canadians and various Europeans on that flight too. Unbelievable.

On another note, why the fuck did they not ground all aircraft!!!???

It’s one of the reasons why Iranian government still hates America.

USS Vincennes shot down the commercial flight 655 10 minutes after it took off. Couldn’t communicate because they didn’t have the right civilian frequencies. So they decided to shoot it down. They killed all 290 passengers (mostly Iranians). 66 of the passengers were children.

It really is extremely similar situation just Iran fucking up this time.
