Columbia omni-heat and other heat reflecting clothes.

Does anyone have any of this stuff? Does the reflective stuff actually make a difference or is it a difficult thing to notice?

I have an omni-heat long sleeve top that I use under my hoodie. Just thin like under armour.

It's a great top, but I wouldn't say it makes a huge difference. Might notice it more in a jacket or something with more wind protection.

I think it gets way too hot for anything but the coldest days. At least with the fleece I use to have.

I have a really thin omni heat helmet liner and it works really well in all temps
