Colorado Freeskier callout?

I picked up some gloves from colorado freeskiers sale a while back. I got a order invoice may 19 which was clearly a while ago. I have sent them at least 3 emails and they responded once with-

"Sorry this order slipped through cracks our bad, We do not have this pair of gloves in this color and size, can we exchange it for a different color? We have the XL or we can switch it for a different glove. Also let us know your tee shirt size and we'll through in a tee for you having to wait so long"

I responded saying the different color of gloves I wanted and T shirt size. they did not say anything back. And this was may 19. I have sent one email since and they have not responded. I have also called and it just kept ringing. Should I wait? or call the credit card company and get a refund?

 
I say wait. those guys are legit. I've been to their store before in CB and they are dedicated. The only problem is the summer hours are diffrent then online posted hours. Not sure what they are this season casue Im not living it that area this summer. Last year it seem like weekends.

Even if you have to wait a little longer, I would be very surprised if they didnt make this right.
 
Yeah, I guess its been a while. And they already made it right. But never shipped or something. So messed up again. Its just a little weird.
 
This happened to me too I kept trying to order these old armada softshells an three times they told me they didnt actually have what i ordered eventually i just gave up
 
I just bought an armada fieval and shorts from them. I got my shorts, but the hoodie wasn't there. They forgot to ship it, so they paid for shipping and I got it within a week, as well as a free T shirt. The guys are definately legit, I'd just continue trying to get a hold of them.
 
Such a sick store and they are not blowing you off... It is the off season and maybe they are taking so time for themselves. Be patient. They are legit and will always work with you to make sure you get what you need.
 
Hey just a update they fixed it all up with a phone call or two. They ended up giving me a even better glove than I ordered, and they are sending it with T shirts and stickers. The guy I was on the phone with, Mark. Was super chill. You guys were right,
 
If i get 2nd day air from them would i get it in 2 days or is it not worth the 5 bucks cuz i need a hoodie for mount hood and i leave friday
 
I orderd a jiberish hoodie. IT didn't ship for two weeks and then they called and said they didn't have the color I wanted. I tried to call them back with the number they gave but It didn't work. Eventualy I found a number that worked and it ended up all being okay.
 
Noone works fast in Colorado. I just moved here and the service sucks. Its pretty and all but FUCK people do your job! Just a general rant...
 
Same thing happened to time.. I emailed them some questions about shipping overseas, and it took them 10 days to answer each mail.
 
Wait. They will not screw you over. The shop is run by a small crew and they are die-hard ski lovers, but they take the summer to be with Family and get organised for the winter. That means they work from home and are not in the store or the warehouse, because there is not a lot happening in Crested Butte at the resort in the summer.Give them a shout back and they will get back to you for sure.

Gabe, the owner is a great guy. Give it another try and they will connect with you and get you set up.
