Im going to keep it short last year in college I got a 3.5. This year Im a month into school and my highest grade has been a 62.

just buckle down and do the damn work. then you can party all you want after (assuming you party). I made the sacrifice. I think you can too.

or change majors.

no thats the problem I go to the piece of shit down the road called fairmont. My problems would be solved if i went to wvu but fairmont is free.

well i doubt morgantown is any better. my experience there have been joyus. especially when we beat yall in 99 on that last second field goal.

man go to class and study for 20 mins before a test easyest way to pass i got a 3.86 last year and didnt do any work all yea well i busted my ass the last 3 days of finaly but still man just keep at it good luck

just gotta stick it out man. 1.5 years of college then dropping out in a real world job = shitty, 4 years of college (or more) then graduating = awesome. Take it all in moderation so you can have the best 4 years of your life!

Change your major if you're having this much trouble. The first time I went to uni I hated my major and struggled REALLY hard to pull a 3.2. Last year I had a 3.9 and it didn't feel nearly as stressful, yet a worked a hell of a lot harder. there's been quite a few times over the past few years when I've had to stay up for 3 days straight, cancel out on really important plans, go to school a couple of times with a stomach flu and a lot of other really shitty stuff. There's no way I would have been able to make myself do all that without loving what I'm studying. So it could be a case of just buckling down, getting priorities straight and working harder, or you might just be in the wrong major.

its a good thing you dont go to wvu because youd be embarrased thursday when CU stomps your ass on national tv...haha. but just do your shit and then party on weekends...buckle down during the week and itll be worth it when you can relax and not worry.

Sounds like you got some tough classes. I feel like this semester will not be as easy at my first last year, oh well, gotta work hard to play hard.

study study study. im an engineering student at CU boulder and if i dont keep my GPA above a 3.5 i gotta go home...to ohio

take an aderral and just retain everything you need for a test, I used to bombexams, it was the only thing that worked.

WVU SUCKS DICK WERE GONNA KICK YOUR ASS THIS YEAR!!

but seriously i feel for you man, this first month has really kicked my ass. just gotta focus more. last year all my classes were easy so i like never studied and took shit for granted, so i really gotta get my ass in gear. anyways good luck man, hope shit turns around for you

Go KNIGHTS

I go to georgia tech and im an architecture major. Just suck it up and study and pull all nighters, but try to leave weekends open to party and have fun. I've had times where I didnt sleep in 4 days. If you actually try...office hours, actually do homework, youll be fine. I've actually got to go study for a physics test now. fuck physics.

i transfered this year and so far these two weeks i've failed two math quizzes my classes are way to hard

i have test anxiety. i cant take test. well i can but i start to think way to far into shit and freak myself out then fuck my answers up. like i failed my account test i didnt fail but i got a 70. i got a 0 on an 8 point question, i had the right shit setup the whole time then i freaked out and changed everything and got that question completely wrong. the test was out of 50 points so dropping 8 on one question will kill you. my math teacher is also the worst teacher in the world and im prolly gonna fail although i think she knows she is horrible because we take quizzes everyday and i fail them but i get 8/10's on them.

i want to video tape my math teacher and just post one of my classes you guys would be like WTFFFF

First off, no. But i think we can both agree that the entire big east is a huge disappointment this year. :(

oh well GO GATORS!

thank god my cousin plays there

My classes are much harder this year .Last year was Freshman B.S classes like basic computer and english. I am in Sports Managment for my major but think im going to switch to accounting which sounds harder but i have had accounting and enjoy that but i dont understand anything in my sports mang classes. As for the football stuff. Im not a fan and you might beat WVU in the actual game and for football fans thats what matters but in Tailgating I think we could win. Mo-town is crazy on gamedays.

I'm not trying to offend you or anything, but do you honestly feel like you're trying as hard as can be?

There were times when I was in college where I was like "man this class sucks, its way too hard" and I'd get a C in it. When in reality if I had partied a little less, gone to school a little more, and studied, I'd have probably gotten an A.
