COD Ghosts: Shit for PC

No shit, it runs on a dated engine, which was supposed to be a "new next gen engine", and is optimized more towards consoles. IW has always been dicks towards PC gamers, but the problem doesn't really lie only in the PC version. The game itself doesn't really have great graphics anyways, its just a complete rehashed pile of poo. Bit at least it has next gen fish AI. That's revolutionary.
 
Also this....bought that game for $25 and it has to be one of the best games I've ever played throughout my decade long gaming career

call of duty 4 and even call of duty 2 are still both top 5 most played PC games, right up there with League of Legends and World of Warcraft
 
I think he was more referring to the CODs that were developed within the last 4 years. COD 4 promod was the tits. PC COD gaming has been botched since MW2
 
This. Everybody and their mother was playing CoD 4 when it came out. You can't sit there and tell me that is the same today with call of duty ghosts and keep a straight face.
 
Yea I used to think that games with the frostbite engine had the best visuals until I played Arma 3 on ultra. Battlefield 4's graphics are amazing, but Arma 3 is just something else man.

and people play the COD games you're referring too through steam? Unless there is some unheard to me underground COD4 playing hardcore network of neckbeards I haven't heard of?

Those stats are for the activity in the steam games. This doesn't include WoW and LoL but I never said those where lower on the list, I said that Older COD games are still not played in the "Most 5 games on PC" at least at the current time. Sure on release maybe, but now, WoW, LoL, DOTA2, then probably Starcraft after that point. If you look on that list in the link i provided you should see that COD4 and COD2 are way down that list by clicking view 100 most played games or whatever it is and if you look at the peak you see that none of them come close.
 
ghosts is wayyyy better than MW3

black ops 2 sucked but ghosts is actually the most fun iv had playing cod in awhile. Pretty much still the exact same game though
 
That's my point, MW3 sucked, and the series had been declining since CoD4, so I stopped buying the games after the shitshow that was MW3.
 
I actually enjoyed BO2 multiplayer. That being said, Ghosts does suck for PC. Graphics aren't terrible but for a 'next-gen' game, its pretty sucky.
