Coalition Snow

Okay so when i first hear about coalition snow a few years back, i was so stoked!!!

First ever women ski company actually committed to beat the stereotype and give us skis we can actually progress on, rather than having to buy mens skis. They said they were trying to combat the shrink and pink it....

Yet the only options they give these days are super pink and girly shit- I have developed a recent extreme dislike for them because of that.

I know I need to acknowledge that they are amazing for getting the word out about women's skiing and i love their awesome shredding posts from their ambassadors. Yet even though they are seriously well build skis and i have been wanting the buy the Abyss since it came out (the peacock design was ace!), but seriously! why not give some variety other than the usual pink girly shit we get given by literally all other brand! i didn't think they's stoop so low,

They have good intentions and are trying to do the right thing, but I'm still extremely pissed that they aren't helping the stereotype of what women want !

i personally dont mind them - im not a super girly person and my skis are hot pink and purple and black with leopard print lmao but you just counteract it with wearing non-girly gear lolol

Yeh like Im the same I'm not super girly but i like having skis that I'm proud of ya know, like yeh these are my chicks skis that shred harder than any of my guy friends skis

Not sure why everyone is obsessing over whether CS has pink skis or not, that was never the point. "Girly shit" can be girly without being solid pink. All of these skis are obviously girls skis just by looking at them (except for maybe the roz g model).

In my mind they all look super girly (bar 2) not just because of the feminine choice of colours but because of the floral designs, if you have the motto "putting an end to pink it and shrink it forever" i would hope that they would have majority cool designs (not based on gender) and maybe 20% stereotypical feminine based designs, or even 50/50.

I understand that some females are very feminine and love the floral designs, and cursive writing and generically 'girly/pretty' colour scheme, but i am sick of seeing this on every other brand and though coalition was going to strive to prove us with something new.

Don't get me wrong though, the actual design of the specs are insanely awesome, it's only the top sheets I'm struggling with.
