Cleaning Goggle Lens

Hey guys, my goggle lenses have been getting dirty with dirt and grime and oily. I don't know what to do because everyone tells me not to touch the inside or the goggles are ruined! The only way to clean them is if I touch the fricken inside!!! Can anyone give some pointers??!!

Use your goggle bag to clean it, put your hand inside the bag and if you have to take the lense out. Just clean it off

thanks but wont that wipe off the anti fog?

it's probably best to by some goggle cleaner if your really that concerned about the anti-fog
