thanks homiis

It will get better after 3 days. Try chewing gum to get rid of the mouth feeling. And start an exercise routine to feel good about herself!

I started smoking regularly at 14. Quit cold turkey when I was 21.

Withdrawal sucks. It really does. I cut out caffeine at the same time I stopped smoking, so my first cup of coffee a few days later was a life saver.

Honestly, the horrid withdrawal is what keeps me a non-smoker. I don't ever want to do that again.

dont quit cold turkey. makes it very hard. slowly ween yourself off. have a friend give you a certain amount a day, and slowly space it out.

don't be the guy that won't buy a pack because he is trying to quit but will still bum cigarettes from his friends every time they light one up.

Try getting sick... I've quit a couple times just because i got really sick and couldn't smoke. The first 3 days may be hard but if you isolate yourself from smokers for a week or so you'll be well on your way.

Smoked 4 years, currently on week 3 of cold turkey. Still get angry, still headaches, nausea. I smoke alot more weed at home now and ive really been liking sunflower seeds.
