Hey I got a pair of 1260's two years ago and they are preaty beat up so i was thinking of getting a pair of chronics next year and i want to know if they are good skis and what not.

I think the answer you're looking for is...yesnomaybesortasometimes.

Over 2500 left handed people a year are killed from using products made for right handed people.

so basically i lost my penis trying to have sex with my cat.

I got a new pair of Chronics last week, so far I am not that thrilled with the setup. I am going to give them another 2 days on the snow and if I am not trilled they are going back. Granted I have only skied them 3 times, but it only took me one run to be thrilled with my pocket rockets. To be fair though, I think a lot of my dislike is coming from the Reactor bindings.

i think they are nice...alot of people have then around my mountain...just if u get them get them drilled for another typer of binding probably the p10's cause the reactors suck balls!

I am sending mine back. They are a bomb proof ski, and they carve fakie awesome. Unfortunately I found them too stiff for my 132lbs.

sick skis

sorry boys there was NO pro hoeing-skibrdingbitch

would they be better for someone who is lets say 155-160lbs?

You can go on the bottom bunk and finish it yourself

When you guys are on those rails, it's like muah

I now wonder if the R12 binding made the ski feel stiffer than it really was. I think if I mounted a set of Look or Salomom bindings it may have better flex.

i'm debating buying a 177 chronic

I doubt you would have liked the flex with a different binding. I ride the Mike Nick's, which are about the same flex as the Chrons. I used to have Salomon bindings on them and now have Reactors. I actually have more flex now than when I had the Salomons on them.

The Chrons are kind of a stiffer park ski and not everyone likes that. The Invader will be the solution to that.

yes the chrons are a very stiff ski i was out 2 days ago with a friend that jus got the gold edition chronics with reactors and he had barely any flex i leaned back on the tail of my 04 salo 1080's and he did too and his nose didnt even rise. i suggest not gettin the chrons or reactors maybe go for the assasins if u really like line

thanks D

I have the 177 chronics on some p10s. I'm 140lbs and I can't butter them at all. I got them in December 04. They are stiff, but there are super stable on the landings. I take them out on the mountain every now and then and they don't chatter at all. As for rails, the edges and base are holding up fine. I spend 80% of the time on rails. So far so good.

wait till next year dude, the graphics on the new chrons are sick, i demoed a pair a couple days ago and they have an ok flex compared to the invaders but i only weigh 140

the chronic is a great all mtn ski, the only thing it doesnt do is tight moguls

Rubber Ducky steeze, awwwwww!

sorry boys, there was no pro hoeing-skibrdingbtch

However, they are little bitches that haven't even heard of metal edged skis or the clitoris-twintipteles
