Chronics vs chronic cryptonite

You could always just go to the LINE website, but I guess you're too lazy.

Chronic Cryptonic is just wider. Same flex, construction as the Chronic.

Chronic: 85mm

Chronic Cryptonite: 92mm

Usually 85mm and up is more for that all mountain, powder skiier.

So I guess the Cryptonite is more versatile for all mountain/powder YET still great for park, stable for those big jumps and high speeds.

Chronic is 111-85-108 (so it's 85mm underfoot), Cryptonite is 121-92-117 (so it's 92mm underfoot). Does it make a difference? yes, the wider base gives it more stability on bigger jumps and helps with control and quickens the turning radius, but the Chronic is a bit lighter, and some people prefer thinner skis on rails.

Forgot to add that:

Wider waists usually mean that you get more control and a lot of stability/fun in the powder and crud.
