Chronic or Al Dente

Need a new pair of skis this year, looking at the 2015 Chronics and 2015 Al dentes. Not sure what one to get based on flex, durability, and riding the park.

Well chronics uses thicker edges and stuff but armada still makes a killer ski. And the edges are too much thinner than the chronics anyway. How big are you and what size features do you hit? Because al dentes are really soft compared to chronics.

Al Dentes aren't actually that soft, I wouldn't say they're way softer than the Chronics. They're only softish in the nose but underfoot and the tails are actually fairly stiff.

I can agree with you there. But flexing both I can say they are same underfoot. Al dentes much softer in tip (but also keep in mind I'm a small guy so I notice flex and rocker). And al dentes just a tad softer in tail. That's just me tho. Like I said before I'm a small guy so I notice the differences

I do not think that al dante bad for jumping and big airs.

Henrik Harlaut skiing with them at X-Games and at the Olympics.
