My guess is there's someone who franchised a McDonald's up in Montana who is in touch with the freeski community and thought it would be a good way to do local ads by incorporating some ski legends in the area. Would be pretty baller if they were full on sponsored by McDonald's but im guessing they got a quick check or something...which is super dope for the athletes!

I remember years ago at CU I picked up this random dude to go skiing and he was so hung over and reeked so bad my car felt saturated after 30 seconds. I pulled into the nearest McDonalds and forced him to order 3 McGriddles to soak some of that shit up in his stomach. The kid could rip though, he rallied and we blasted some sick pillow lines that day. I remember he had a hole in his ski where his buddy got drunk and shot it with a .38 handgun. I hope is is in a good place now, seemed like he rolled with a pretty rough crowd.
