Chipping skis

I have line chronics from last year, ive only gone skiing once so far this year and there already chipping the top sheet, the bottom is fine, its just the top that has nasty slices in it. im worried that if they go to deep, it will hit the wod core and have bad outcomes. im wondering if other peoples chronics have done the same thing or am i doing something weirdly while skiing.

i dont know about them going too deep but this happened all the time on my fujatives

same thing is happening to my Invaders, it shouldn't be a problem.

Its no big. If you DO go to the core, which you prob wont you could put some epoxy over it to keep water out.

this sums it up park skis get abused that's just how it is unfortunatly
