OKay so heres the deal. My friend threw my phone back to me but missed and hit a girl in the tooth and chipped about half of it. What we need to know is what is goin to happen to my friend. It was in MY house, HE threw it and it was HER tooth. Her moms tweaking out calling both my parents and my friends. Does anyone know what this type of situation and whats going to happen. Thanks guys.

unless you guys are six and lack of parental supervision was the cause of this, i'd say you (your family) don't have anything to worry about.

i think ur clear dude...it was in ur house but he threw it so why would u be in trouble..not like the he wouldnt have thrown it if it was in his own house

its not your fault, Her mother could make a law suit agaisnt your friend but I can't see that happening assuming that eveyrone is aware that it was an accident

she's suing you over a chipped tooth? what a stupid bitch. legally though, you're liable. and since you're probly a minor, your family is liable. same with your friend. they coudl sue the shit out of your parents and they would win. god bless america.

Totally your fault if you said "pass me the phone" and failed to notice the trajectory to intercept it.

but i think you can file a counter claim, if the girl would drink more milk or eat more calcium her tooth wouldn't of chipped.

win/win

He'll get the chair for sure.

Actually you shouldn't have anything to worry about. My brothers friend threw a rock at a kid at my house and the kid who threw the rock just got in trouble, nobody else.
