Yeah I have had 3 of them...only 1 right now

they are SWEEET pets...they look like 5 animals put together and can run fast as hell and they are crazy soft

Yea they're sweet, my anatomy teacher last year had one in his class and he'd let it roam on our desks and stuff.

 
We don't have them over here, but when I was in Canada when I was 11 I saw them and wanted to bring one home with me! Aren't they really clingy and stuff and pine for you when you go away?

hahah yeah. i'd actually make a spine that he'd throw a trick on on his way to get beer but not on his way back cuz he might spill it. but it would be doubly good cuz you could watch him throw down AND get you a beer. how much better does it get???

Platypus's are cool!! They are the only animal that can lay eggs and have babies the regular way too. The useless stuff you learn in primary school! I think we're the only country that has platypie (their plural!!) and they're really rare. I've never seen one in the wild.

sarah - what about achidnas? sp? you know those spiny ant eater things from australia.... they are like palatapie.... I suck at spelling. but yea I was having a huge water fight at the zoo the other week and we were in the australian pavilian and yea we saw this weird assed critter and it said that they lay eggs and is related to the palatapus and yea. the end.
