Chicopee Chill Freestyle Series

What's the deal with this "Freestyle Series" at Chicopee on thursday nights? This is my first winter in Ontario, and I'm living in Waterloo. Is this something I should be checking out, or is it a waste of time? Also, it doesn't seem to distinguish between skiing and snowboarding. I assume that means it's open to both. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Its not bad. It is open to both skiers and boarders. They're shooting to begin on feb 1st, if they ever get their ass in gear making the park.
