Chemistry HW Help

Anyone know how I know if a nuclide is fertile or fissile given the atomic mass and the atomic number. I'm suppose to circle the ones that are

atomic mass/atomic number

209/83 Bi

238/92 U

234/90 Th

214/82 Pb

210/83 Bi

210/84 Po

206/82 Pb

4/2 He

And the next question asks what nuclides are 'double magic'

4/2 He

16/8 O

40/20 Ca

48/20 Ca

100/50 Sn

132/50 Sn

208/82 Pb

209/83 Bi

238/92 U

If anyone can figure this out, please explain how to do it. Thanks

I just found out how to do it via wikipedia. Apparently the magic numbers are 2, 8, 20, 28, 50, 82, 126 and then the nuclides that have 'double magic' have a number of protons that is a magic number and a number of neutrons that is a magic number

From that list, they all are except the last two (209/83 Bi and 238/92 U).

The first one I couldn't find out how to do it anywhere online.
