So long story short the last month or so I haven't been myself. Girlfriend broke up with me because she has some medical stuff going on and is too stressed and thought I she would just freak out on me and didn't want to ruin our relationship so so we wants to figure everything out then work on us. I'm not happy, genuinely just upset with society and the world. I am caught in the middle of stupid childish fights between friends who are supposed to be 20 something but act 10. I have no appetite anymore, and I've had a couple just emotional and mental breakdowns the last couple weeks with everything.

I'm in need of a good laugh and some advice on how to deal with your girlfriend not wanting you to be there to help her and pushing you away.

And yes I have tried to talk to her here and there and it always just ends up with someone getting upset and me getting hurt more and no she isn't cheating on me and its not about another guy. I have been told by all her friends and family that they hadn't seen her this happy in a very very long time, until early december that is, when all this happened.

Today was Christmas and it is winter. Skiing is a great remedy.

But hang in there. Life is a rollercoaster, and the only place to go at the bottom of any drop is back up. Your girlfriend broke up with you because she had her own problems. There's probably nothing you can do about that but try to move on. There's other fish in the sea.
 
dude, everyone goes through something like this every now and then, its part of life. If i were you just keep in contact with her and see what happens just let her know that you still care about her and will be there for her no matter what ya know. and just remember man happiness is what you make it.
 
this is how i look at things, it may be dumb but hear me out.
think about your past tough times.. looking back were they really as tough as you thought then. and im not trying to tell you your a wus. im just saying that all it takes it some determination and you can make it through just about anything, just look past it.
work hard, feel like a boss later

start with one of your problems, talk to your buds. Try to work things out, its always easier to work things out with your friends. They are more chill about it. Just talk to them and tell them whats going on or w.e the reason for the way they are acting. Then move on to the lady friend
 
Best way to deal with depression short of meds: exercise, exercise, exercise, when you eat try to eat healthy, and keep a regular sleep schedule. and more exercise. at the same time you gotta try to work through problems. like someone said, talk shit over with your friends and whatever you do dont let your emotions get the best of you and turn it into a shouting contest or a fight. as far as your girlfriend goes, there's not much you can do from what you said. give her time. but in the mean time, stay active and stay creative. keep your cool and keep your chin up
