Check out what I found

So I found this old Rollei 35 35mm film camera in my garage. It's pretty bitchin in my opinion, but I know not one thing about film cameras. Its got one fixed, tiny f/3.5 lens that is in very nice shape considering its age. Does anybody have any experience with this camera or know anything about the brand or model?

Also, the hot shoe is bent in on one side (it can be seen in each of the photos, it's on the underside of the body), thus rendering the flash useless, as it cannot slide on. Would that be easy to fix myself, or should I bring it in to a shop and not risk breaking it? Thanks for any input. Behold, The Rollei 35:

Yeah that's about what I was figuring. I feel like it'll be fun to mess around with and get some exposure to film (pun intended).

It's a great little camera. Extremely sharp lens (or at least on the later models). I think the first Rollei 35 had a simple triotar design which was great, but they upgraded it later to a Sonnar lens design.

It's a simple scale-focus viewfinder camera, which means you can't tell what will be in and out of focus; you have to guess where the focus plane is. All-in-all a great camera.

I'm pretty sure Lawrence has one.
