Why does everyone that starts making music either start a rap career or mix shitty stuff with the worst software.

The vast majority suck, I'd rather here somebody playing some instruments. What ever happened to that, the milkman, the paperboy, and evening tv? My Uncle Jesse would be rolling over in his grave if he saw what was happening to music.

 
It should be mentioned that you know he sucks walrus dick because you ran in to him sucking walrus dick while you were en route to sucking a walruses dick
 
Because it takes hours of practice to play a simple song on a lot of instruments. And they're not "cool" anymore. People would rather go see Kanye West than the New York Philharmonic. A lot of music now is just about "getting turnt up", so naturally that's what people gravitate towards when they want to start making music. A lot of people make music now because it's a trend, not because they appreciate the art and have anything of substance to contribute.
