i think that puts something on your computer, it advertises that site to other people on msn. i think. i know theres one block checker that does that

you can even check in MSN yourself to see if you're deleted from a person's list.

tools->options->privacy(on left) .. there's a "view" button that says "see who has added you to their contact list" and it will show you if you're on someone's list or not .. if it says blocked it means that you have them blocked though.
