Cheating on tests in highschool

This is kinda like an ipinion morlishy question but what you think of it? The past few years ive cheated on about 50% of my tests and quizzes, and never one got caught. now its my jr year and what goes down somewhat pertains to my future life so ive been trying to actually sTuDy and do all my work and whatnot but lately iv been overwelmed with all this shit and im makeing a cheatsheet fo english lit 11's 20 vocab words for a quiz tom. Like i could study for an hour but i was likee whattt im a thuuug and i made a cheat sheet with my vocab on it. i kindof feel like an asshole and i know many of you are gona be like huhhuhh wtf lazy azzhole everyone else does there work, but i was wonderin who else kindof blows off dumb stuff like this thats just time consumeing and doesnt really matter to my life?
 
cheatings easy as shit, why not? ive found many ways to cheat, just know your shit, by paying attention during class ive never really had to study for shit, and ive got straight A's this year (senior). easy as that.
 
is this directed to me? because i pretty much already have spoken to the heads of the programs i want to get into, and its not that i dont study, ive always done my shit, i just dont do what this kid does, i memorize all the shit i hear in class somehow, and i review, im not just bullshitting my way through classes.
 
nahh man youd be suprised how smart i really am if i paid attention and tried. I have a 89 gpa. And are you guys serious i didnt spell that much stuff wrong
 
I am posibly the best cheater in the world. i cheat on almost all of my tests and get by all A's. And when i get caught i can always talk my way out of it. it really makes school more fun.

I cheated on about 95% of my tests in high school. I am now in college and stopped cheating because what I learn now will be needed for the rest of my life.
 
i cheat off my friends for homework all the time, cause i mean i get so much its pretty much impossible to get all of it done with skiing, swimming, track etc. but when it comes to tests i always study my ass off.
 
oh well the cheating i do is harmless shit, such as over hearing a answer from other people talking, or pretty much, just looking for a few answers, im not pull the perfect SAT cheating here.
 
hahaha wow i was in the same position sophmore year, i ended up cheatin on every test though my senior year, its not to bad im stuggling in college now but its not to bad, i wouldnt do it all the time just do it for vocab quizes and stupid quizzes that dont matter, however do no get caught.

I learned a few tricks, my best cheating technique is record a voice memo with yourself talking and put it on your ipod, then put the headphones though your sleave and listen to the vocab words during the test, its terrible but it works sooooo gooooodd hahahha.good luck!!!!

 
no way it can be true, at this level of intelligence it is humanly impossible to breath and hold your bladder at the same time.
 
As ownage as your new word is, it is also grammatically incorrect, thus making you a hypocrite.

I try to limit new words to times when I am not trying to tell someone how bad their grammar is.
 
I don't cheat on things in school because I feel like I deserve the grade I earn on my own. I would probably have better grades through out school if I did, but I make good grades now and I seem to have more knowledge about things in general because I actually learned them. I used to really hate it when kids cheated on things but now I realize that they are just a product of their environment and its only hurting themselves in the long run.

 
Only thing I cheat on is homework. Like, stupid busy work. AP notes, and charts are all things I cheat on. I study for the tests and get good grades on my own.
 
ofcourse everybody is on a 4.0 scale right? /facepalm

but yes, high school is soo reidiclously easy it doesnt matter if you cheat or not, as long as you know the shit and get good grades
 
I go to the Air Force Academy, and for the most part if you get caught cheating on a test, you are gone and you have to pay back the tax dollars you wasted for the last however many years (for seniors it's almost $400,000). Not worth it, but even if you DID cheat, you can't get away with cheating in any prestigious engineering program (I'm sure at most colleges it's the same). You simply have to know how to do the work, because you aren't sneaking a 2 page solution for all 3 problems on a test into your Civil Engineering 372 test :)
 
I know this is a bit extreme. But a pretty honest kid from my school wrote his Senior Essay (a lot of your grade) and it was 98% plagiarized on turnitin.com. This was in October, had to stay after school every single day for the rest of the year and write a new paper. more like 10 of them. He still was given a 65 despite it being a perfect paper soon after. Not insanely smart, don't cheat on regents either if you have those. In NYS when you get caught cheating on one, they erase your grades for every one you ever took. truth.
 
TO CLEAR UP SOME SHIT ABOUT G.P.A.'S

There is a 4.0 scale

There is a 5.0 scale

There is also a 100pt Scale which is basically like a percent, so a 89 on the 100pt is like a B+ on the 4.0 scale, or a 3.5ish G.P.A.
 
ha I cheated all the time on tests in highschool. I always understood most the material but it was more about double checkin my shit.
 
It's all good, you're going to relearn everything you learned in high school in the first year of college.

doesn't seem like it'll affect you too much going forward considering it seems like ur already a failure at spelling at least, thats just my ipinion
