Cheapest Pow skis

East coast southern vermont skier here. Go out west once a year.

Currently riding on 93mm skis. Also have a crap pair for early season/heavy park as well as a pair of carving skis for those icy days.

Really want to get a pair of pow skis. Looking at something around 110mm? But honestly the only time I would ever use them is my once or twice a year trip out west (usually 4ish days skiing each) and those random EC pow days where its worth it. Not looking for anything crazy rockered but would love a little bit.

Been out of the gear loop for quite some time now so I have no idea where to start. Would be open to used gear if in good condition. But really looking to find some closeouts or older models for like ~$300.
 
Just rent if it's for a few days. 300 won't get you anything good so rent instead and have new skis very year, you can also swap skis while you are there, see it like a long demo and you can even take them back for wax every night.
 
Decide what models you like then try to find a used pair. Or find a new pair that's cheap because it's a year or two old. Lots of good deals on sites like Evo right now, summer is a great time to buy skis.
 
pay for some good skis pussy. dont just by the cheapest because you can afford them. if you are a decent skier you would want some nice pow skis.

Second this. And if you happen to come across a type of ski that just makes your day write it down and buy a demo pair after the ski season.
 
I bought some old ep pros with px12s on kijiji for 300 you just gotta look around and try to snag something used and super cheap goodluck !
