Cheapest flights, to anywhere

This summer, I'm planning on taking a trip. Somewhere. I don't know where, I just want to go and see some new sights. Nothing touristy. I live in New York. I'm not going to the city, I'm looking for mountains, extremes, middle-of-nowhere's, and wild places. Small cities are ok. Are there any $100 flights that exist? Any places you'd reccomend? Also, I don't have to fly. I could walk, boat, longboard (distance), cycle, whatever. Not driving though.

I always check www.fatwallet.com for deals on anything, they will show the best plane rates as well. I get my tickets for free /claim but southwest is who i'd buy from if I didnt get them for free
