Cheaper Schizo?

I was going to put Marker Schizo bindings on my skis next year but they're fairly spendy (~$300) cheapest I've found them is for $180.

Is there any binding out there that does something similar for... not as much?

Specific names/prices greatly appreciated!

Saw em locally on Craigslist. Guy was ripping em off post-season and when I emailed him he said they were gone within the first 6 hours of posting. Woulda been right on em too though...

Hear about them a lot, no idea why, just read that they have a shock absorber and were brought back due to popular demand.

Any reason they're so impressive (and expensive?)

Those are pretty damn sweet actually. But they don't have a rail system which is the only reason I'm considering the Schizos or something else like em (railflex?). Because I'm only going to have one pair of skis this coming season (just solely financial reason) and I want it to be able to do it all, found some awesome skis to fit that profile, and with that type of binding it'd be even more so. Need something to help me do it all on short notice, yknow?

They're just like the Royal Markers it just has a rail that slides the mount as a whole fore or aft without having to use anything but a single screwdriver in the front and it'll move it 6cm either way. Forward for park, back for pow, etc. Not looking for adjustable boot size.

And yeah I've heard the rail can have problems when not maintained/kept properly. Know a few friends who use with no problem. I just want a cheaper system if it'll work well enough and IRS not total garbage.

idk what thats gotta do with what i said

haha

but just mount your bacons three back with some sth 16's or 155's or something
