Veteran, the only place to get axials right now (that I've seen) is snowcovers... they have some of this year's bindings and next year's rossi Axial2 120 (without the pivot, and it looks retro... kinda ugly). They also have the 06 Scratch 140 binding, which DOES have the pivot still, apparently. But you'd be paying ~300 bucks.
