^ its amazing.... as soon as i read this title, the firs tthing i thought of is that. exactly that. All ski camps will cost a lot of money. just save up for two years, and go to high north or COC. don't waste your money on anytihng else.

why not just use the money to ski on a small snowfield in the pacific NW and just go to aouth america or NZ for the same amount of money

haha, your saying that spending $1500 to ski on a glacier in whistler isn't as god as spending the smae or less to fly down to south america or NZ to ski powder because it's midseason and you can actually ski.

It costs a fair bit more than 1500$ to ski in NZ... and the point of ski camp isn't so much the quality of skiing. More the "camp experience", pro instruction, all that junk.

Sorry about grammar, I had to write my post really quickly and get offline becuase my Mom was yelling at me.

It may be more that $1500, but I've seen all inclusive deals to portillo for $800. I also know the point in ski camps is to get coaching and ski with pros and all that, but for the money, I would rather just ski powder rather than park.

Oh yeah, all atlantaski wanted to do on our trip is ski the park, even on our powder days.

Personally, I agree with you... I'd rather be in the powder. But it's hard to compare two completely separate experiences. Maybe some people would just rather go to camp, and would enjoy that more. Who's to say they're wrong? Sounds like a fun time to me, too.

windells winter camps are several hundred cheaper than their summer camps and are sick
