Cheap Frame Touring Setup

I am looking for a cheap touring setup (skins-skis-binding) to use occasionally. I have full tilts so it has to be a frame binding. My size range is about 170-175ish, waist with above 100mm. Can give up to 200, depending on the quality. I prefer the marker tour but will honestly take anything if it works well. Skis don't have to be in great condition, just not a crazy amount of core shots, and usable edges.
