Cheap digs in Rossland or Nelson

Hey guys, my girlfriend and I are taking a trip to Red Mountain and Nelson the end of this month. Wondering if anyone could recommend cheap places to stay, anywhere in the region.Also wondering if anyone knows how to get less expensive tickets to Red or Whitewater, or might be able to hook us up.

as for lift tickets, I think if you check costco you can get discounted tickets for Red Mountain.
