if you tell a shop you need bindings that will hold up but cant go above $100, im sure they will hook you up. I work in a shop and i know we have some old stock and stuff lying around. On my lines i actually have like a 5 year old pair of markers that i broke once and they hold up surprisingly well. If the brakes don't fit around the ski, get a dremel or some tool like it and grind away all the plastic on the inside of the end of the brakes, or take a blowtorch, heat them up and bend them out.
