Fuck them, my friend just came to my house without a mother fucking wallet because he says in a dumb mumbling voice that he thought we were just going to "chill" and drink beer. BEER cost money fuckface. This guy never has money while at the same time he pushes for us to buy more shit like food and etc saying he'll pay us sooner or later. I hate cheap ass friends...don't get me wrong i don't mind broke but i hate people who are just plainly cheap and scam themselves out of paying for shit.
 
i wouldn't want something like money from keeping me from having a friendship with him...he just needs to be taught how to not be a scamming bitch
 
ya i know how that feels man. It sucks because like there super fun to have around and you like them and stuff but when it comes to stuff with money their just straight up dicks
 
i never have money and i mooch a ton. but im usually pretty nice when i do have money. like i never usually ask for gas money or anything like that.
 
Oh wow you just described a carbon copy of one of my friends. He's turning 20 in October and his parents still keep his debit card hahahah. Sooo many times he calls and is like "sup dude wanna blaze?" "sure" "got weed?" "no" "fuck k nevermind I'll call you another time peace"
 
uhh I had a friend (read: had) who is this rich gay black guy and was the cheapest motherfucker ever. here are some quotes from him:

"my parents offered to buy me a new car, but I don't want one. I just don't want to have to worry about gas." oh that's cool, so you sold your fucking lincoln freshman year but then realized you can't go without a car, so now you just call me up for rides constantly, and to date have never given me a dime even though I've asked.

"I sometimes say I don't have any money. I just don't want to spend it." wow, really? I could never have guessed that a man wearing dulce & gabbana snow-boots and saying he doesn't have 5 dollars for beer was LYING?

ya theres this kid at my school who never has money for lunch and he takes everyone elses food with out asking, he pisses me off so much
 
Alot of people are cheap kid, it happens. Just don't buy him things and shit, simple solution that you cant seem to wrap you're head around.
 
alright so i have this friend who i gave a boat motor too for FREE cuz he asked for it , its not very big only a 9.9 it was old right ,so him and my other friend steve go up to steves cottage, they launch the boat and it was my friends jobs to put the motor on and shit and make sure it was secure and everything, so steve is driving the boat and the motor falls off , the cheap fuck charges him 500 bucks for the motor that i gave HIM FOR FREE not to mention they were friends at that time , man so people are fucking cheap
 
i know what u meen man, it sucks, when my friends need alcohol, im teh one who gets it, and they NEVER pay me back all the money it pisses me off, im down like 35$ from all the times.
 
Cheap people are only screwing themselves in the long run. I have a friend who once invited me to a party, and he told me there was one rule. I figured that the rule would be something like "No puking, no driving, etc.", but his rule was "You have to bring a full bottle, and leave it here" because he was too cheap to buy alcohol.. I usually leave my alchohol behind, but I did not attend that party because of the rule.

What sickens me most are some of the jews where I live, who drive big luxury cars, own huge houses but when they buy coffee from Starbucks at 4.50, they keep the change and don't leave a tip. Terrible.

Finally you have to spend money to make money. My past boss (he's my past boss because he got fired for his ways) was always stingy on raises and investing into the company. Once he got shipped out and was replaced by a new manager, revenues soared, productivity has gone up, and the place is overall more profitable.

Anyways, I don't like cheap people.
 
see that whole tipping thing... i dont get that. i mean you tip a dude who literally carries a cup over to a machine and pressed a button and yet you dont tip anyone else. are you only tipping food people cause if you dont theyll spit in your food?
 
word. that's like tipping people at fucking mcdonald's or something too.

i fucking hate when i go out to eat and i end up shelling out most of the tip money cause my buddies leave like a $2 and some change tip for a $30+ meal. so dick.
 
Actually there was a time when I remembered I mooched really bad, but it was the kids fault. He would always say "well I probably owe you money" and that worked for about three months. I probably got about $25 out of it too. Like I said it wasn't my fault, the kid would just say "well I probably owe you".
 
Because that 25 or 50 cents that is worthless to you can add up to a nice bonus for that hardworking kid or desperate parent.
 
It's too bad you can't tip at McDonalds. I admire the people who work there, it can't be easy and they deserve that 28 cents of change from my inexpensive $6.72 meal.
 
wow, that blows. i have a friend who i buy stuff for all the time, just 'cause i'm nice like that. he always tells me i don't need to buy him stuff but he's chill so i do anyways. so then he finally gets a job and with his first paycheque he buys me a video game and a sick movie. and yet i still feel like crap for not paying him for it, i tried to give him a $20 and he made me keep it. you should make friends with cool people like him.

 
i rarely have a problem with dishing for my best friends, i make a solid paycheque and as long as its not getting carried away its no problem. People who mooch though can go rot. I find generosity can go a long way with others in the end though, and as long as you know where to stop itll usually all come back to you.
 
Uhhh, because it typically reflects on their salary in commission or bonus form. Future Shop and Best Buy work like this.

In Quebec, minimum wage for people working in restaurants is lower, because tips are expected.

Do you understand what I'm getting at or should this continue in circles?
 
im not gonna lie i mooch a ton but its mutual, i mooch off my friends when im in need and they do the same when they need something.
 
i have friends like that and wont go anywhere or pay for their own shit for anything, its annoying as hell
 
no no no... i know that waiters have that done- thats known. but say the coffee shop workers... theres no deduction in pay there. and yet you still tip em. what if they had no tip jar? would you still? no. so what if you say got some work done on your car and they had a tip jar and you had some spare change, would you?

I usually pay my friends back when they pay for my stuff, but i probably forget sometimes and seem like a dick. Except one friend, who i'll never pay back for alcohol because he passed out on the middle of the woods and i carried his ass over a mile back to his house.
 
My friends aren't that bad with money, but with beer they are. They'll be like "Yo you owe me a beer from that time at my house", and I'm like wtf? You honestly care about it that much?
 
i mooch occasionally but they are mutual
like with one of my friends, he always smokes me out but i always drive him around

and usually ill pay back if someone buys me food or something
 
I don't 100% agree with what your are saying but I think you are on the right track. If you are a starving student or a kid, tipping is only a must when you go to a proper resturant. But once you start earning a salary its ones duty to throw your change in the change cup.
 
i have a friend who mooched off me and then one day he gave me this sick as glass pipe that was probably worth like 65$ retail. He said he couldn't keep it because if he did eventually his mom would find it. I was so taken aback and gained alot of respect for him
 
i gave a kid my old ipod so he could use the screen to save his from loosing everything and he wouldnt even give me 10 dollars for it, after i saved his like 10k song collection.
