Changing din on my binders

Where do you turn the screw to change the din on the heel piece of the Rossignol SAS2 140 Ti? There is a screw in the top of the heel piece but I can't seem to turn it with a phillips or fl;at head screw driver. Do I need to use a different tool?

Yeah the screw is inside the "dildo" of the heelpiece

these screws are a bitch to get going but not really sure why

a pozidrive bit or screwdriver is the ideal otherwise youll have to try the philips/flat head and just be patient
