Change lens a-frame

Can somebody answar me how i do it?

you pull the top frame so that part pops out. then you hold the edges of the lens so you dont scratch it and pull the bottom part of the frame out.

then, start with the bottom to get it back in. make sure its in the whole way, and put the top on. its not that hard.
