Clearly this brings up the fact that the OP is bullshitting. If you were on a road where the speed limit was, well fuck, zero, then you would have to be going min. 160 MPH. So on any road that you could get up to 160 MPH on it would most likely either be a freeway or a country road, so minimum speed limit 35 all the way to like 70. So minimum speed would have to be 195.
