Chair Project

Sup newschoolers, so I have to make a chair for my 3d design class project. I was wondering if anyone had some old skis, ski poles, and/ or skateboards laying around. Dont care how bad the condition is cause they will be cut up anyway.

Are you going bases up or bases down? I have some skis that I'm considering making a chair out of but I've been stuck at the planning phase, and I know if I try to jump into it without any vision, it's gonna be awful

I'm thinking about going topsheet because bases are sometimes boring but also dont have the same character that topsheets have.
