If you are asking where to mount bindings, mount them anywhere between those two lines, or somewhere elsewhere if you like. But I would put them between the lines and so I have done. Still I don't know what would I do if I was you because I'm taller. And weight could make a difference too. Don't forget to think which boots you are skiing with.
