I currently use Windows Media Player (IT SUCKS ASS) and the quality is terrible. So...what are some good ripping programs?

exact audio copy is great but you are going to want to download lame for the mp3 encoding so go on google and search for exact audio copy and for lame mp3 encoder. first setup lame if it needs to be then in exact audio copies setup you will have to choose a different encoder and show it where to find the lame executable.
