cat stevens is soooo chill.. i love just sitting in my room chillin listening to him. he's got a real nice voice. father and son and if you want to sing out are my favorite songs.

Cat Stevens is THE MAN. my favorite singer/songwriter of all time. Tea for the Tillerman and Teaser and the Fire Cat are his best albums.
 
his music is still great man. peace train. comeon. thats a good song no matter what he acts like now. by the by, he isnt allowed in the US anymore because of his political/religious affiliations.

His name is Yussuf Islam now, he converted to Islam and disappeared for like 20 years. Now he's back, he was denied access into the US but he's allowed in now. There was a watch for someone with the same name and he accidentally got stopped.
 
Didn't see him, but he played in my town a few weeks ago. Decent music, but as a person he can go fuck himself as far as I'm concerned. Openly supporting and promoting the fatwa against Salman Rushdie was unforgivable.
