Carpentry teacher tried to injure me

So I was in carpentry this morning. I was cutting an 8x4 sheet of plywood with the saw blade at 45 degrees. About a foot into the cut the plywood got stuck. My teacher, who hates all the students and is the reason half the class dropped the course, told me to raise it up a little bit. He told me to stop when it was the same height of my groin area. After that he started shaking it and it kicked back at me. This didn't seem like an accident because every other time it got stuck he would tell us to turn it off before we pulled it out of the saw.
 
restrain him to a 4x4 then cut him in half with a table saw and then dismember the halves with a miter box saw or band saw
 
Kids who bitch about teachers being dicks usually warrant a lot the flak. Shut the the fuck up and do your shit. The teacher doesn't hate you, you're just retarded.
 
This is with a table saw? I can't imagine what you're cutting with at lower than groin height.
 
A full sheet of plywood did not kick back at you, especially if the blade was angled 45 degrees. And every single cut I've ever done on a table saw has been at groin height. Because that's how tall they are..... If you had the sheet lower than that with an angled blade, you would bind it.
 
1. I bet it was particle board, not plywood.

2. How to you bind the saw while cutting a thin ass piece of particle board?
 
I know a girl who got a file lodged a couple inches into her skull because some dipshit thought it was cool to do that. Pretty low key settlement because her fams lawyers would of fucked the school royally.
 
You're an idiot then.. Isn't it common sense just to turn off the machine? Rule number 1, 2, and 3 on a table saw is NEVER LIFT UP.
 
at a highschool in my city there was a kid who was cutting open an old oil drum with a grinder in shop class. turns out there were still fumes inside which ignited and exploded the drum, killing the dude. his family is now suing the schoolboard and the shop teacher.
