Cant see pictures and stuff...

like in my email and stuff i cant see the pictures sent to me and stuff. like all that comes up is a white square with a red sqare green circle and blue triangle really small on the top right corner. what do i need to download to allow me to see it?

might have to change the setting to allow mail from certain addresses, or choose to allow links and media, or that sort of thing
