Can't remove ski brakes

I'm getting new skis and I've decided to use my Salomon s912 bindings from my old skis. I need to take off the brakes on them because i'm putting wide brakes on them. The problem is I can't get them off. The screw just won't budge. Is it possible that they've been glued in? and what should I do?

it is caled lock tite and it is simlar to glue but just take it to a shop or just get the right sized screwdriver that fits nice and snug not just that fits
