Cant embed vids while using google chrome

I have to use internet explorer if I want to embed a video in a thread. Is this the same for everyone? if so, can NS make the embed thing universal to all browsers? And if not how do you guys get around this.

I'm on Google Chrome. If that worked, then it's your settings or something. GUI not enabled.
