mine ended yesterday..it sucks, this season sucked too...not alot of snow, theres other thingy to do though

my mom hates park skiers, as much as I debate with her about it. I agree that it is absolutely the most artificial form of skiing, we look ridiculous in the baggies (and I love it), and I often prefer the backcountry culture much more. much more connection with nature, silence away from grating metal, and of course, powder. Tele skiers strike me as so much more mature on average, instead of awkward pre-teens that are insecure and loud. yes, I will get shat upon for my remarks, but at least reflect and comment before you drop my karma.
also, the reason I quoted this is because, yeah, for me too, skiing is the most fun I will ever have. but its not all. "I just had surgery/snow's gone, so now I'm seasonally depressed in the summer" wow, just think about that for a moment. learn to surf or mountain bike and quit bitching that the annual armagedon has come.

Grass skiing!! ......i live in the uk so my season ended about a month ago which sucked! I live about an hour away from cas which is an indoor snow dome, its snow time but its not the same! Summer for me means wakeboarding and surfing... find something new or learn a new sport to keep you happy till next season, and just be stoked when it comes... i know i will be!
