In Final Cut when I slow down my footage its gets "shitty" frame lag I guess you would call it. Does anyone know how to like switch the setting on the camera so the slow motion looks better?
 
Maybe your shooting 24p or 30p? When slowed down is less then that, making it look laggy.

try shooting in 60p (60 frames a second) so when its slowed down its 24p or 30p, instead of starting there.
